Julia graduated from Poznan University of Technology and joined ACE Poland as a Mechanical Design Engineer Assistant. After one year, she progressed to the role of Junior Mechanical Design Engineer, marking the start of her development in a structured and supportive engineering environment.
In her current role, she works mainly on hose routing and the preparation of technical documentation, contributing to detailed design work within engineering projects.
BUILDING PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE
ACE provided Julia with her first opportunity to enter the engineering field and apply theoretical knowledge in practice. From the beginning, she focused on developing her technical skills through hands-on work and exposure to real projects.
Working in a structured environment has allowed her to gradually take on more responsibility and better understand how individual tasks connect to the overall engineering process.

As she gained experience, Julia’s understanding of the broader project context has also developed. Tasks that initially focused on execution are now understood within the broader system and project context.
This progression has given her a clearer understanding of how her work contributes to the overall project.
