Packaging line

The project consisted of the development of an automated packaging line for aluminium T-profiles for suspended ceilings. From concept to integration and testing. Multidisciplinary team from ACE was involved. This process required complex manoeuvres, to make sure the T-profiles were aligned and packaged in the correct orientations in the box.

 

 

 

PRODUCTION line

The project consisted in a new automated production line that could increase production output without compromising the high quality. This line integrated several advanced technologies such as ultrasonic welding, IT-OT integration, vision, servo and pneumatic controls and energy efficiency. The result was a fully automated robust production line that could ensure consistently high quality, produce faster and scalable for future growth
