Machine building for diagnostic tests of Fujirebio

Sister company NiniX Technologies has developed a robust system for the precise filling, sealing, and packaging of cartridges used in diagnostic tests for detecting diseases. Fujirebio, a global player in diagnostics, uses these cartridges in its fully automated diagnostic platform.

Rockfon – AUTOMATION OF THE ENTIRE PACKING PROCESS

Rockfon aims to achieve far-reaching automation of its entire production process. Automating the packing process was not easy: complex manoeuvres that a hand can easily perform are much more difficult for a machine. Nevertheless, ACE successfully automated the entire packing process of the Rockfon t-profiles.

Pittsburgh Corning - Destacker

The design and construction of a destacker. Two FOAMGLAS blocks, which have been sawn into stacked slices, are fed into the installation. The destacker destacks these FOAMGLAS blocks, orients them, and presents them in the specific sequence required for the palletizer.

VCST - Pyung Control System

Electrical control for a transport system within a full production line for gear manufacturing for VCST. The scope included electrical design, PLC programming, and system visualisation, as well as project management and on‑site commissioning. The mechanical system was delivered by FlexLink.

LATTOFLEX – SLAT BASE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

For the new product range, ACE supported Lattoflex in all phases of the development process, from the concept phase to the final start of production.

AXA has the solution for bike-sharing and (bike) rental companies: the electric ring lock, AXA IN. The AXA IN security lock is the ultimate solution for these companies because the entire rental process can be managed via your smartphone.

U2 - video trussing 360° tour stage

Design and development of the video trussing for the U2 360° tour, including a custom structure with integrated hoists for controlled movement of the 360° video wall. The scope also covered transport dollies, cable management, and a lifting system for personnel, along with full 3D and 2D engineering and on‑site production follow‑up.

Modification of NS Train Sets

ACE provides NS Treinmodernisering with expertise and support for developing modifications to various train types.

Nexperia Itec - diebonder

Nexperia ITEC’s die-bonders and wire-bonders have been in the field for ten years, but it was decided to thoroughly scrutinize a number of modules of the Adat3 platform. Lowering costs was the primary goal. Using the ‘childishly simple’ DFMA method carried out by ACE, the price of the transport module was reduced by nearly a third.

Philips Azurion covering

ACE provided the development and engineering for the housing of Philips Healthcare's next-generation X-ray scanners. During this process, all sheet metal components were replaced with foamed panels. This transition not only allowed for greater design freedom but also resulted in a significant cost reduction in both the production and assembly of the covers.
