VCST - Pyung Control System

Electrical control for a transport system within a full production line for gear manufacturing for VCST. The scope included electrical design, PLC programming, and system visualisation, as well as project management and on‑site commissioning. The mechanical system was delivered by FlexLink.

LATTOFLEX – SLAT BASE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

For the new product range, ACE supported Lattoflex in all phases of the development process, from the concept phase to the final start of production.

Philips Azurion covering

ACE provided the development and engineering for the housing of Philips Healthcare's next-generation X-ray scanners. During this process, all sheet metal components were replaced with foamed panels. This transition not only allowed for greater design freedom but also resulted in a significant cost reduction in both the production and assembly of the covers.

Fonckel One - interactive lighting

LEDs revolutionized lighting, and touch control conquered the electronics industry. Fonckel combines the two beautifully in the Fonckel One design lamp.

Gear and shaft assembly

When mounting a gear to a shaft, major problems can arise, such as misalignment of the gear on the shaft or incorrect fit of the spline due to manufacturing or mounting issues.

NAVIGATION SYSTEM INTEGRATION

For this project, ACE formed a development team in Eindhoven together with sister company Brace Automotive Development. With another two resident engineers on site at the end customer, they took care of a flawless integration of the navigation system. As an integrator, ACE was in close contact with the development departments of our tier 1 customer and the OEM end customer. A good example of ACE hybrid services.

Janssen PMP - Fysium® - for the conservation of apples

How do you make 500 tonnes of apples last longer? Janssen PMP asked ACE development & engineering to create a portable translation of a complex laboratory setup. FYSIUM® is a total concept consisting of disposable cartridges containing various liquids and a generator that converts these liquids into a gas.
